Purpose	We are striving to make this an enjoyable event that people can participate in, watch or support. We hope that it will promote sports, encourage better health, achieve an economic ripple effect and further promote the city itself.

Competition Rules	The races will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of The Japan Association of Athletic Federation (JAAF) and of the organizers.

Qualification	■Marathon・Athletes born on or before April 1, 1996. ・Athletes capable of completing the race within 6 hours. ■10km・Athletes born on or before April 1, 1999. ・Athletes capable of complete the race within 1 hour and 30minutes. ■10km(wheelchair)・Athletes born on or before April 1, 2002. ・Athletes capable of complete the race within 45minutes with wheelchair for racing. ■2km(wheelchair)・Athletes born on or before April 1, 2008. ・Athletes capable of complete the race within 40minutes with wheelchair.
Entry fee	■Marathon : 15,000yen ■10km : 5,000yen ■10km(wheelchair) : 5,000yen ■2km(wheelchair) : 3,000yen ■charity(marathon only) : 50,000yen(Entry fee of marathon 15,000yen + donation 35,000yen) ■Overseas runner(marathon only) : 17,000yen (Entry fee of marathon 15,000yen + charge for commission 2,000yen)
